摘要
基于管线独立技术,通过分析变电站建筑管线设计、施工和运维过程中的现实情况,对当前普遍采用的"埋墙铺设"的管线布设方式进行了论证,探讨了更加适合变电站模块化建设和全生命周期维护的管线布置方式。将管线与围护墙体在物理空间上完全独立开,避免了两者之间的不利干扰,简化了各自的设计工作,施工安装工作更易于开展,并且将管线系统内部进行归类,将动力照明、火灾报警和智能辅助三类管线设置于各自独立的母线槽内,并对于线槽排布走向进行了规划与整合,由此实现了变电站建筑设备管线系统的综合效能的提升。
The research demonstrates the current commonly used pipeline layout method for buried wall laying through analyzing the actual situation in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the pipelines in sustainable buildings, which is based on the technology of Skeleton Infill(SI) system. The aim is to discuss a more suitable method of pipeline layout for substation modular construction and full life cycle maintenance.According to the SI system, the pipeline and enclosure wall are completely separated in physical space, which avoids the adverse interference between each other and simplifies the work of respective design. It also classifies the pipeline system internally and optimizes the construction and installation. Moreover, the method arranges the three types of pipelines which are power lighting, fire alarm and intelligent auxiliary in separate bus ducts. Then,the arrangement of trunking is also well planned and integrated. Therefore, the comprehensive efficiency of the substation architectural equipment pipeline system could be improved.
