摘要
当前,我国乡村教育振兴已经圆满完成了其在脱贫攻坚阶段的目标任务,进入到新发展阶段。已有的多维度、全面覆盖的政策体系,精准化、对症下药的工作原则以及全社会广泛认同的文化环境,都为新阶段乡村教育振兴提供了良好的经验借鉴。但是在新发展阶段,乡村教育振兴还面临着保证政策体系的有效衔接,避免工作方式的路径依赖以及激发更大范围内生动力等现实挑战,需要综合利用量化和质性的政策评价指标缓解政策过渡的矛盾,深化乡村教育供给侧改革激发振兴活力,同时利用好自上而下与自下而上的发展合力,打造乡村教育振兴共同体,来实现乡村教育振兴在两个阶段的有效衔接,全面推进乡村教育振兴的发展。
At present,the rural education revitalization in China has successfully completed its goal and task in the stage of poverty alleviation and entered a new development stage.We have established a multi-dimensional and comprehensive policy system,a precise and appropriate working system,and a cultural environment widely recognized by the whole society,which provides some good experience for the rural education revitalization.However,in the new development stage,the rural education revitalization still faces some challenges,such as how to ensure the effective connection of the policy systems to avoid the path dependence of working methods,and to stimulate wider range of endogenous power.Therefore,it is necessary to use quantitative and qualitative policy evaluation indicators comprehensively to alleviate the contradiction of policy transition,to deepen supply-side reform of rural education to stimulate the vitality of rural education,and to make good use of the combination of top-down and bottom-up education development power to build a community of rural education revitalization,so as to realize the effective connection and comprehensively promotion of rural education revitalization.
