摘要
目的“十四五”时期是医院信息化建设的创新发展阶段,要求建立医疗、服务、管理“三位一体”的智慧医院系统。本文为解决医院工会目前存在的数据精准难、管理效率低等问题,探索符合医院需要的工会信息化建设方案,以满足职工对服务体验和精准化的需求。方法通过分析医院工会信息化建设现状,针对目前存在的问题,以职工需求为导向、规范化管理为目标、优化流程为重点,设计开发工会管理系统,建立完整准确的工会组织数据库和工会业务全过程体系。结果工会管理系统的实施有效提升工会组织的吸引力和凝聚力,实现移动化办公和精准化服务,提高工会工作效率。结论以职工需求为导向的医院工会信息化建设有助于工会发挥思想政治引领和职工权益保障作用,推动工会工作向规范化、精细化发展。
Objective The"14th Five-Year Plan"period is the innovation and development stage of hospital information construction,which requires the establishment of a"trinity"smart hospital system of medical treatment,service and management.In order to solve the problems of inaccurate data and low management efficiency of hospital labour union,this paper explores the informatization construction scheme of labour union that meets the needs of hospitals to meet the needs of workers for service experience and precision.Methods By analyzing the current situation of the informatization construction of hospital laour union and aiming at the existing problems,the labour union management system was designed and developed with the staff demand as the guidance,standardized management as the goal,and optimization process as the focus,and a complete and accurate labour union organization database and the whole process system of labour union business were established.Results The implementation of labour union management system effectively enhances the attraction and cohesion of labour union organization,realizes mobile office and service precision,and improves the efficiency of labour union work.Conclusion The informatization construction of hospital labour union oriented by workers'needs is helpful for the labour union to play the role of ideological and political guidance and protection of workers'rights and interests,and promote the standardization and refinement of labour union work.
