摘要
结合工程实际,以各种早强组分掺量影响因素,设计相应的因素水平,通过正交试验研究早强剂对混凝土施工性能、力学性能和收缩性能的影响。试验结果和工程应用表明:早强剂的优化配方为,硫氰酸钠、甲酸钠、甲基丙烯酸、三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺掺量分别为水泥质量的0.6%、1.0%、0.02%、0.02%、0.02%;采用优化配方制备的早强剂能配制出具有良好施工性能、脱模强度达到设计要求的装配式混凝土构件。
Combined with the engineering practice,taking various early strength components dosage as the influencing factors,and selecting the corresponding factor level,the construction performance,mechanical properties and shrinkage performance of concrete are studied by orthogonal design.The results and engineering application show that the prefabricated concrete members with good workability and demoulding strength can be prepared by using the optimized early strength agent.The optimum formula of early strength agent is:sodium thiocyanate(0.6%):sodium formate(1.0%):methacrylic acid(0.02%):triethanolamine(0.02%):triisopropanolamine 0.02%).
