摘要
某海上浮式生产储卸油装置中的低压气螺杆压缩机处理工况较为特殊,属于两级压缩的高压比工况。结合国内外压缩机生产厂家的技术现状,对两级螺杆压缩机的具体选型设计展开对比分析。在项目费用允许情况下,最终选择综合技术性能最优的两级无油纯干式螺杆压缩机作为低压气压缩机。介绍了无油纯干式螺杆压缩机的技术参数、相关控制配置、润滑及机械密封系统、出口管道消音器特殊设计、机组罩壳设计及整撬紧凑布置设计等关键技术,可为今后油气田项目中特殊工艺气压缩机选型应用提供参考。
The low-pressure gas screw compressor in an offshore floating production storage and offloading unit has a special treatment condition,which is defined as the high-pressure ratio condition of two-stage compression.Combined with the technical status of compressor manufacturers at domestic and abroad,the specific selection design of the two-stage screw compressor was compared and analyzed.Under permissible conditions of the project cost,the two-stage oil-free dry screw compressor with the best comprehensive technical performance was finally selected as the low-pressure gas compressor.The key technologies of oil-free dry screw compressor,such as technical parameters,relevant control configuration,lubrication and mechanical sealing system,special design of outlet pipeline silencer,unit housing design and compact layout design of the whole skid were introduced,which can provide a reference for the selection and application of special process gas compressor in oil and gas field projects in the future.
