食品安全监管既是食品行业健康发展的前提条件,也是保障人们健康的关键。因受各种因素的影响,我国食品安全监管领域存在一些挑战,如环境污染影响食品安全、食品安全监管流程较长、网络食品安全问题多发、食品安全检测技术滞后和食品安全制度不完善。对食品安全监管面对的挑战要采取针对性的措施,建立和完善食品安全监管长效机制,提高食品安全监管效能,切实保障人们的饮食安全和生命健康。

Food safety supervision is not only a prerequisite for the healthy development of the food industry,but also the key to ensuring the health of the people.However,affected by various factors,there are some challenges in the field of food safety supervision in my country,such as environmental pollution affecting food safety,long food safety supervision process,frequent online food safety problems,lagging food safety testing technology,and imperfect food safety system.In response to the challenges faced by food safety supervision,take well-targeted measures,establish and improve a long-term mechanism for food safety supervision,improve the efficiency of food safety supervision,and effectively ensure the food safety and life and health of the people.
