网络互动式健康教育对中青年乙型肝炎患者疾病认知及治疗依从性的影响 被引量:15

Effect of internet interactive health education on disease cognition and treatment compliance of young and middle-aged hepatitis B patients

摘要 目的探讨网络互动式健康教育对中青年乙肝患者疾病认知及治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2019年1月至12月江苏省淮安市第四人民医院收治的乙肝患者150例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各75例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组联合应用网络互动式健康教育干预。随访6个月,比较两组疾病认知水平和治疗依从性。结果随访6个月,两组发病原因、运动休息、用药管理、自我防护、饮食管理、疾病认知水平总分高于同组教育前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月,两组治疗依从性评分高于同组教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组遵医用药、自我监测、健康生活方式、治疗依从性总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论网络互动式健康教育有助于提高中青年乙肝患者疾病认识水平,促进治疗依从行为的养成,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。 Objective To explore the impact of Internet interactive health education on disease cognition and treatment compliance of young and middle-aged hepatitis B patients.Methods A total of 150 hepatitis B patients admitted to the Huai’an Fourth People’s Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given regular health education,while the observation group was jointly applied with the Internet interactive health education intervention.Follow-up for six months,the disease awareness and treatment compliance of two groups were compared.Results Follow-up for six months,the total scores of onset causes,exercise rest,medication management,self-protection,diet management,and disease awareness of the two groups were higher than those of the same group before education,while the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Follow-up for six months,the treatment compliance scores of the two groups were higher than those of the same group before education,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total scores of medication compliance,self-monitoring,healthy lifestyle,and treatment compliance of observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Internet interactive health education can help improve the awareness of young and middle-aged hepatitis B patients,promote the development of treatment compliance behavior,and improve patients’care satisfaction.
