预防医学专业流行病学现场调查与质量控制课程课堂教学设计及效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 该文以流行病学现场调查与质量控制为例,探讨了该课程的教学目标、课时安排、教学方法和评价方法等,为预防医学人才培养提供科学依据。课程满意度分析显示,学生对该课程总体的满意度较高,认为好的占76.0%(57/75),认为一般的占24.0%(18/75),其中对课程内容和课时安排的满意度最高,分别为89.3%(67/75)和86.7%(65/75)。76.0%(57/75)的同学人为小组讨论设计调查表能增加对知识的掌握,82.7%(62/75)的同学人为该课程优于其他课程。课后测验成绩分析显示实验组成绩为91.39±5.30,比去年同期学生平均成绩提高约(86.85±3.11)10(t=7.092,P=0.000)。关于授课方式,认为直播好的占53.3%,录制播放好的占22.7%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=23.54,P=0.00)。关于直播授课方式评价,“腾讯会议”满意度57.3%,比课堂满意度42.7%高,但差别无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.230,P=0.07)。该课程提高了预防医学学生流行病学调查与质量控制能力,为疾病预防控制人才培养改革提供了参考。 Taking the field epidemiological investigation and quality control as an example,this paper discusses the teaching objectives,class arrangement,teaching methods and evaluation methods of the course,so as to provide a scientific basis for the cultivation of preventive medicine talents.The analysis of course satisfaction shows that the students'overall satisfaction with the course is high,accounting for 76.0%(57/75)and 24.0%(18/75)respectively.Among them,the students'satisfaction with the course content and class arrangement is the highest,89.3%(67/75)and 86.7%(65/75)respectively.76.0%(57/75)of the students designed the questionnaire for group discussion,which could increase the mastery of knowledge,and 82.7%(62/75)of the students thought that this course was better than other courses.The analysis of after-school test results showed that the score of the experimental group was 91.39±5.30,which was about(86.85±3.11)10 higher than that of the same period last year(t=7.092,P=0.000).As for the teaching methods,53.3%thought that the live broadcast was good and 22.7%thought that the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=23.54,P=0.00).As for the evaluation of live teaching methods,the satisfaction of"Tencent conference"was 57.3%,which was higher than 42.7%of the classroom satisfaction,but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.230,P=0.07).The course improves the ability of epidemiological investigation and quality control of preventive medicine students,and provides a reference for the training reform of disease prevention and control talents.
