摘要
文章结合零件质量、车身安装孔和装配工艺等因素,对仪表台中段下护板与仪表台本体间隙问题进行综合分析,最终确定白车身地板钣金下沉为造成间隙超差问题的要因,进而制定了相应的改善对策,消除钣金下沉带来的影响,提高了仪表台外观质量,为后续车型设计积累经验。
In this paper, combining the quality of parts, body mounting holes and assembly process,a comprehensive analysis of the clearance between the lower guard plate in the middle section of the instrument panel and the instrument panel body is carried out, and finally it is determined that the sinking of the white body floor sheet metal is the main cause of the clearance tolerance problem. And then formulated corresponding improvement measures to eliminate the impact of sheet metal sinking,improve the appearance of the instrument panel, and accumulate experience for subsequent model design.
