摘要
金沙水电站枢纽布置受到攀枝花城区布局、坝址区自然条件及周边环境因素影响。在各阶段勘察、设计及科研工作的基础上,经专题研究坝址、坝线及枢纽布置方案,选择了下坝址下坝线,提出了“左厂右泄、三期导流”枢纽布置方案。2021年10月,金沙水电站4台机组全部投产发电。目前,金沙水电站运行状况良好,表明该方案安全可靠、技术可行且经济合理。
The layout design of Jinsha Hydropower Station is affected by the layout of Panzhihua urban area,the nat⁃ural conditions of dam site area and environment of the surrounding area.Based on the investigation,design and sci⁃entific research of various stages,the lower dam line of the lower dam site was selected through the special research on the dam site,dam line and project layout.The project layout scheme of"powerhouse on the left bank,discharge structure on the right bank,third-phase diversion"was put forward.The results showed that the proposed layout scheme was safe,reliable,technically feasible and economically reasonable.By October,2021,4 generating units of Jinsha Hydropower Station started power generation,which has been in sound operation condition up to now.
