摘要
网络订餐是互联网兴起的新兴产物,是新业态下食品安全的重要治理领域,从原材料的采购、制作、运输配送到食用需要经过诸多环节,存在多种不稳定因素。研究网络订餐食品安全风险因素有利于监管部门提高对网络餐饮的治理效力。因此,本文从近年来网络订餐食品安全问题案例出发,探讨了网络订餐食品安全问题出现的原因,并给出了几点网络订餐食品安全防范措施,以期能为网络订餐服务的可持续健康发展添砖加瓦。
Online food ordering is an emerging product of the rise of the internet and an important governance area for food safety under the new business format.From the procurement of raw materials,production,transportation and distribution to eating,it needs to go through many links,and there are many unstable factors.Studying the food safety risk factors of online ordering is beneficial to the regulatory authorities to improve the governance effectiveness of online catering.Therefore,starting from the cases of food safety problems in online ordering in recent years,this paper discusses the reasons for the occurrence of food safety problems in online ordering,and gives some precautions for food safety in online ordering,in order to contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of online ordering services.
