基于数据挖掘的中医药治疗消化性溃疡用药特点研究

Study on characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of peptic ulcer based on data mining

目的剖析中医药治疗消化性溃疡的用药特点,为消化性溃疡的临床用药提供参考。方法通过中国知网(CNKI)及万方数据库(WF)检索并筛选近10年中医药治疗消化性溃疡的临床文献,对其有效处方中药进行频数统计、关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果共筛选出符合标准的文献144篇,包含有效方剂252首,中药177味,其中白芍、甘草、延胡索、黄芪等药物使用频次较高,药性以温、微寒居多,药味以苦、甘居多,归经以脾、肺、肝为主,功效分类以补虚药、理气药最常见。通过关联规则分析,获关联度较高的药物组合15对;聚类分析获药物分类4种。对脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡进行关联规则分析获药物组合8对;聚类分析获药物分类3种。结论研究发现中医药治疗消化性溃疡以补虚药、理气药为主,常与药性温、微寒,药味苦、甘,归脾、肺、肝经的药物配伍使用,对中医临床治疗消化性溃疡具有一定的借鉴意义。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of peptic ulcer and provide reference for clinical treatment medication of peptic ulcer.Methods The clinical literatures of peptic ulcer treated by TCM in recent ten years were searched and screened by CNKI and WF,and the frequency statistics,association rule analysis and cluster analysis of effective TCM prescriptions were carried out.Results A total of 144 articles meeting the standard were screened,including 252 effective prescriptions and 177 TCM.Among them,Baishao(Alba Paeoniae Radix Alba),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Yanhusuo(Corydalis Rhizoma),Huangqi(Astragali Radix)and other drugs were used more frequently,with warm and slightly cold propertiesnatures,bitter and sweet tasteflavors,spleen,lung and liver as the main meridian,and tonifying drugs and regulating qi drugs as the most common efficacy.Through association rule analysis,15 pairs of drug combinations with high correlation degree were obtained.Four drug categories were obtained by cluster analysis.Eight drug combinations were obtained by association rule analysis of peptic ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold.Three drug categories were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion The study found that TCM in the treatment of peptic ulcer mainly consists of tonic drugs and qi regulating drugs,which are often used in combination with drugs with warm property,and slightly cold propertynatures,bitter and sweet flavorstaste,and drugs that go attribute to the spleen,lung and liver meridian.It has certain reference significance for TCM clinical treatment of peptic ulcer.
