摘要
针对变电站场景火灾特点,使用多种表面活性剂复配,形成1种增粘型水成膜泡沫灭火剂。对产品的表面张力、泡沫性能、体系粘度、流变性能和灭火性能进行了表征,结果表明:增粘型水成膜泡沫灭火剂经3%比例稀释后,泡沫溶液粘度增加且呈现剪切变稀的流变行为;增粘型水成膜泡沫灭火剂具有发泡倍率高、泡沫稳定性好的特点,能够快速熄灭B类火灾。
According to the fire characteristics of substations, a variety of surface active agents are used to form an aqueous film-forming foam fire extinguishing agent with increased viscosity after dilution. The surface tension, foam performance, viscosity, rheological properties and fire extinguishing performance of different products are characterized and analyzed. The experimental results show that the viscosity of the foam solution increase when the foam extinguishing agent is diluted by 3%.This product have the characteristics of high foaming ratio and long liquid separation time which could quickly extinguish Class B fires.
