摘要
电力产业链系统是一个复杂的大系统,其协同管理的问题日益成为电力产业的一个重大课题.首先,以产业链原理和协同学理论为指导,建立了电力产业链系统协同管理的指标体系.其次,据此构建电力产业链系统协同管理模型,并进行了序参量的求解分析.第三,以云南水电系统为例,解析出支配云南水电协同发展的关键因素--序参量及其稳定解.第四,通过数据拟合原理定义协同度,并根据序参量稳定值计算出了2004年-2017年各年度的协同度.最后,根据结果进行分析,提出了云南水电协同发展的几点建议.
The power industry chain system is a complex large system,and the issue of its collaborative management has increasingly become a major issue in the power industry.First,guided by industrial chain principles and synergy theory,an indicator system for collaborative management of the power industrial chain system.was established.Secondly,based on this,the collaborative management model of the power industry chain system is constructed,and the order parameters solve analysis is carried out.Third,taking the Yunnan hydropower system as an example which parsed out the key factors governing of the coordinated development of Yunnan hydropower,which is order parameter and their stable solutions.Fourth,the synergy degree is defined by the principle of data fitting,and the synergy degrees in each year from 2004 to 2017 are calculated based on the stable value of order parameter..Finally,based on the analysis of the results,several suggestions for the coordinated development of Yunnan hydropower are put forward.
