基于案例教学设计的食品质量与安全专业核心课程思政教育

Curriculum-based Ideological and Political Education of the Food Quality and Safety Major Based on Case Teaching Design

当前食品安全已上升至国家战略,对食品相关专业人才的能力培养及思政教育对于食品行业发展、国民健康维护具有重要意义。食品卫生学是食品质量与安全专业的核心课程之一。文章以食品卫生学为例,根据学科特点,开展了基于案例教学设计的课程思政教育探讨,并通过问卷调查分析了大学生对专业课程思政的认识、态度以及课程思政对大学生的影响。实践证明,通过案例教学进行思政教育是一种良好的教学形式。

At present, food safety has become a national strategy. The ability training of food-related professionals and curriculum-based ideological and political education play an important role in the development of the food industry and national health. Food Hygiene is one of core courses of the food quality and safety major. According to the characteristics of the discipline, this paper discussed the ideological and political education of the course based on case teaching design. A questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze students’ understanding, attitude, behavior towards curriculum-based ideological and political education and the effect of it on the students.The result of the survey confirmed that ideological and political education through case teaching is a type of teaching form that has an enlightening effect on students.
