France is a country with a relatively high degree of nationalization,the state controls important enterprises related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.This paper introduces the management system of French state-owned financial institutions,the basic situation of important state-owned financial enterprises,the state-owned ownership structure,and its recent changes.The French state-owned financial capital focuses on serving national policy objectives,strengthens the strategic management ability of state-owned financial capital investment through the establishment of professional institutions,improves the laws and regulations of state-owned financial institutions,strictly and effectively implements the system,modernizes the company management system,professionalizes management talents and posts directors to realize the effective governance of state-owned financial enterprises.Compared with the management of state-owned financial capital in France,China should give full play to its institutional advantages in the management of state-owned financial enterprises and adhere to the high-quality development direction of state-owned financial enterprises led by Party construction,improve the professional ability of the accredited directors,and maintain the independence of the accredited directors.In addition,we should timely adjust the layout of state-owned financial institutions,give better play to the important role of state-owned financial institutions in achieving policy objectives,and pay attention to enhancing the professionalism of strategic investment of state-owned financial capital to ensure national financial security.
