摘要
针对苹果采摘过程中存在的问题,设计一款全闭合切割式苹果采摘器。首先,结合苹果样品形态特征建立采摘对象物理模型。其次,基于模型提出一种可旋转闭合的采摘机构,对机构的功能尺寸进行设计计算,并分析其传动性能。然后,运用ADAMS软件对采摘机构运动特性进行仿真分析,结果表明其闭合特性符合设计要求。最后,进行苹果采摘试验。结果表明,采摘器组和手工组采摘效率分别为10个/min和6.7个/min,通过t检验分析得出采摘器组和手工组采摘结果有显著差异,且采摘器组可以完成对不同高度果实的采摘作业。
For the problems existing in the apple picking process,a fully closed apple picking device with cutting system was designed.First,the physical model of the picked object was established based on the morphological characteristics of the apple samples.Secondly,based on the model,a rotatable and closable picking mechanism was proposed,the functional dimensions of the mechanism were designed and calculated,and its transmission performance was analyzed.Then,the ADAMS software was used to simulate and analyze the movement characteristics of the picking mechanism,and the results show that its closing characteristics meet the design requirements.Finally,an apple picking experiment was carried out.The results show that the picking efficiency of the group using the fruit picking device and the manual picking group was 10 and 6.7 per minute,respectively.The t inspection and analysis shows that the picking results of the group that uses the picking device and manual picking group were significantly different,and it shows the group using the picking device can complete the picking operation of fruits at different heights.
