晋陕豫黄河流域高质量发展中非物质文化遗产的传承创新

Inheritance and Innovation of Intangible Cultural Heritages in the High-quality Development of the Yellow River Basin in Shanxi,Shaanxi and Henan

黄河流域高质量发展是重要的国家战略。非物质文化遗产的“活态”传承与创新性发展是弘扬黄河文化,并使其融入当代民众生活的重要路径。基于当下非遗传承所面临的困境,应从非遗文化的内在脉络出发,加强对地方相关利益群体的关注,再造区域文化共同体。从学理上,晋陕豫三省应加快非遗学的建构,推动非遗学与黄河学的融合互补;在实践上,激活区域民众的主体性与参与性,通过多元主体合力,实现非遗的传承创新。非遗的传承创新可以为社会经济发展提供强大的精神动力,有利于强化民众的文化自觉与文化自信,进而推动黄河流域高质量发展。

High-quality development of the Yellow River Basin is an important national strategy.The dynamic inheritance and innovative development of intangible cultural heritages is an important means to carry forward the Yellow River culture and integrate it into the contemporary people's life.Therefore,we need to recognize the current difficulties in the inheritance of intangible cultural heritages,grasp their essential implications,show more concerns over the local interest groups,and recreate the regional cultural community.Theoretically,Shanxi,Shaanxi and Henan should speed up the disciplinary construction of intangible cultural heritages and promote the integration and complementation of the study of intangible cultural heritages and the Yellow River studies;in practice,we should activate the subjectivity and participation of the local people,and realize the inheritance and innovation of intangible cultural heritages through the joint efforts of multiple subjects.The inheritance and innovation of intangible cultural heritages can provide a strong spiritual power for the socio-economic development,strengthen the cultural identity of the local people,enhance their cultural confidence,and boost the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
