全域旅游视角下A级景区与星级农家乐耦合研究——以南疆3个地州为例

Spatial Relations and Influencing Factors of A-level Scenic Spots and Star Agritainments:Three Prefectures in Southern Xinjiang

在全域旅游发展观的支持下,为了推进旅游可持续发展和农村产业结构调整,景区旅游与乡村旅游的协调发展问题不容忽视.基于空间分析有利于辨识和优化产业结构,采用空间数量关系、空间质量关系和空间耦合关系发展度,以南疆3个地州为例,评价各市、县(县级市)A级景区和星级农家乐的协调发展等级,并从旅游政策、经济基础、交通设施和资源禀赋探讨制约A级景区和星级农家乐协调发展的原因,为推进喀什地区、和田地区、克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州的旅游全域化建设,优化农村经济可持续路径提供案例支撑.结果表明:南疆3个地州A级景区和星级农家乐的数量空间关联指数R=0.68,总体上呈现出正向关联且影响显著;两者的质量发展协调等级大于0.80,处于基本协调状态;其中喀什市、莎车县、叶城县等6个县(市)的空间耦合关系发展度值最高,表现为密切相关.A级景区和星级农家乐的协调发展对建设以喀什地区为核心的景区旅游和乡村旅游全域化具有显著优势.

With the support of comprehensive tourism development concept,the era of sightseeing tourism based on scenic spots has passed,and the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry needs to be solved urgently.In order to promote the sustainable development of tourism and the adjustment of rural industrial structure,the coordinated development of scenic spots tourism and rural tourism cannot be ignored.Based on spatial analysis,which is beneficial to identify and optimize the industrial structure,this paper evaluates the coordinated development level of A-level scenic spots and star-rated agritainmentsin the three prefectures of southern Xinjiang,and discusses the reasons that restrict the coordinated development of A-level scenic spots and star-rated agritainments from tourism policies,economic foundations,transportation facilities and resource endowments,so as to promote the construction of global tourismin Kashgar,Hotan and Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture and optimize the sustainable path of rural economy.The results show that the quantitative spatial correlation index ofA-level scenic spots and star-rated agritainments in three prefectures of southern Xinjiang is R=0.68,indicating a positive correlation and significant overall impact.The quality development coordination level of the two is greater than 0.80,which is in the basic state of coordination.Among them,Kashi city,Shache county,Yecheng and other six counties and cities have the highest development degree of spatial coupling relationship,which is closely related.It can be seen that the coordinated development of A-level scenic spots and star-rated agritainments has significant advantages for the construction of scenic spots and rural tourism with Kashgar as the core.
