摘要
基于民族院校自身的特殊性建构独具特色的学习共同体。通过构建教师学习共同体,促进专业教师之间的交流合作,改善教学质量,提升科研能力;通过构建师生学习共同体,形成积极有效的师生关系,共生互学,协同发展;通过构建学生学习共同体,增强学生学习的主动性和自信心,拓展个体思维的层次和视角。民族院校学习共同体的构建,对于增强师生“五个认同”、铸牢中华民族共同体意识,具有重要意义。分析民族院校构建学习共同体的重难点,探讨其构建路径,以期为民族院校的跨越式发展提供新的平台和思路,加快一流民族大学的建设步伐。
Learning communities(LC)have received a lot of attention in the new era as an effective approach to realize lifelong learning and satisfy the needs of learners.This paper mainly discusses the construction of learning communities within Minzu colleges based on the specificity of Minzu colleges.It analyzes the meanings and values of constructing various learning communities in Minzu colleges and universities.The construction of learning communities in Minzu colleges is also of great significance for the enhancement of“five identifications”and forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation.The paper further explores the paths and strategies to build learning communities in order to provide new ideas and platforms to promote rapid development of Minzu colleges and universities.
