刃针联合康复疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Blade Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Therapy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察刃针联合康复疗法对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者的临床疗效。方法:选择解放军联勤保障部队第909医院2019年1月至2021年8月期间接诊的80例LDH患者,随机分为观察组(40例,行刃针联合康复疗法)、对照组(40例,仅行康复疗法),评价组间日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、炎症因子水平、中医证候评分和临床有效率。结果:治疗后观察组患者的JOA评分高于对照组,ODI、VAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的白细胞介素–6(IL–6)、肿瘤坏死因子–α(TNF–α)低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的各项中医证候评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.00 %,高于对照组的75.00 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对LDH患者实施刃针联合康复疗法,能够增强疗效,降低炎症因子水平,改善腰椎功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of blade acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH).Methods 80 patients with LDH treated in the 909th Hospital of PLA Joint Logistics Support Force from January 2019 to August 2021 were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases,treated with blade acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy) and control group (40 cases,treated with rehabilitation therapy only).The Japanese Orthopaedic Association evaluates treatment scores (JOA),Oswestry dysfunction index (ODI),visual analogue scale (VAS) and inflammatory factor level,traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score and clinical effective rate were evaluated.Results After treatment,the JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the ODI and VAS scores were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00% of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of blade acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy for patients with LDH can enhance the curative effect,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and improve lumbar function.
