基于AHP-模糊综合评价的山东省体育与旅游产业融合度测评研究

Research on the Integration of Sports and Tourism Industry in Shandong Province Based on AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

对山东省体育与旅游产业融合度测评,能够正确的全面的认识两产业融合发展水平,是实现再融合再发展的大前提,具有一定的理论价值和实践示范意义。运用层次分析法、模糊综合评价法等方法,对山东省体育与旅游产业融合度进行实证研究,结果表明:(1)运用层次分析法构建测评指标体系并进行层次单排序和总排序,一致性比例CR<0.1,具备满意一致性。(2)运用模糊综合评价法对山东省体育与旅游产业融合度进行综合测评,得分为3.0374,总体处于较高融合阶段,各准则因素处于非均衡状态,测评得分分别为:山东省体育旅游产业创新度(2.8177)、山东省体育旅游产业依存度(3.55908)、山东省体育旅游产业关联度(3.28559)、山东省体育旅游产业贡献度(3.07047)。(3)针对测评结果提出以下融合发展对策:(1)以政策制度为保障,调整滞后产业政策,放宽对新的产业模式的限制;(2)树立全域旅游发展观,整合山东省内各项资源,实现山东省体育产业与旅游产业及其他产业联动发展,形成鲜明特色的整体化品牌形象,打造“全域空间”实现“全时四季”旅游新形势;(3)发展体育旅游新业态,开发核心产品吸引物,增加新业态的类型、数量和收入,扩大山东省体育与旅游产业融合程度的广度和深度。

The evaluation of the integration of sports and tourism industry in Shandong Province can correctly and comprehensively understand the level of integration of the two industries,which is the premise of realizing re-integration and re-development,and has certain theoretical value and practical demonstration significance.The analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to empirically study the integration of sports and tourism industry in Shandong Province.The results show that:(1)Using the analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation index system and carry out hierarchical ordering and total ranking,consistency ratio CR<0.1,passed the consistency test.(2)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the integration degree of sports and tourism industry in Shandong Province,with a score of 3.0374.The overall situation is in a high integration stage.The criteria are in a non-equilibrium state.The evaluation scores are:Shandong Province sports tourism industry innovation Degree(2.8177),Shandong Province's sports tourism industry dependence(3.55908),Shandong Province sports tourism industry relevance(3.28559),Shandong Province sports tourism industry contribution(3.07047).(3)The following integrated development countermeasures are proposed for the evaluation results:①Using the policy system as a guarantee,adjusting the lagging industrial policy,relaxing the restrictions on the new industrial model;②Establishing a global tourism development concept and integrating various resources in Shandong Province To realize the joint development of sports industry and tourism industry in Shandong Province and other industries,to form a distinctive brand image with distinctive characteristics,to create a“global space”to achieve a new situation of“full-time four-season”tourism;③to develop a new format of sports tourism and develop a core Product attraction,increase the type,quantity and income of new business forms,and expand the breadth and depth of the integration of sports and tourism industry in Shandong Province.
