困境与突围:三螺旋理论视角下开放大学电子商务专业校企合作研究 被引量:1

摘要 终身教育改革已进入深水区,其发展依然面临诸多现实困境和理论瓶颈,终身教育立交桥的构想与各类社会教育资源的整合需要打破各种壁垒与阻隔。随着新经济的发展,通过校企合作、产教融合打破原有开放教育系统的封闭性,整合优势资源,走面向社会的开放办学之路是我国终身教育可持续发展的应然选择。新发展格局构建背景下,“政府—产业—学校”三螺旋理论的嵌入有利于加强“产、学、研、用”精准对接,实现创新要素的聚集与赋能,建立价值共创共享的生态体系,推进产教融合终身育人机制建立。以电子商务专业为例,对开放大学校企合作存在的困境及其应对策略进行研究发现,基于三螺旋理论视角,政府、产业、学校应在创新目标、创新过程和组织结构等方面进行跨组织边界的利益协同、资源协同、管理协同,从而产生使创新螺旋上升的内生动力,使知识生产、技术创新和经济社会发展融为一体。 The reform of lifelong education has entered a deep-water zone,and its development still faces many practical difficulties and theoretical bottlenecks.The concept of lifelong education overpass and the integration of various social education resources need to break various barriers.With the development of the new economy,it is a natural choice for the sustainable development of lifelong education in China to break the closure of the original open education system,integrate advantageous resources and take the road of open school running facing the society through school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education.Under the background of the construction of the new development pattern,the embedding of the"government industry school"triple helix theory is conducive to strengthening the aligned connection of"industry,university,research and application",realizing the aggregation and empowerment of innovation elements,establishing an ecological system of value creation and sharing,and promoting the establishment of a lifelong education mechanism integrating industry and education.Taking e-commerce as an example,this paper studies the difficulties and countermeasures of school-enterprise cooperation in open universities.It is found that,based on the perspective of the triple helix theory,the government,industry and schools should coordinate interests,resources and management crossing organizational boundaries in terms of innovation objectives,innovation process and organizational structure,so as to generate the endogenous driving force for the rise of innovation helix and integrate knowledge production,technological innovation and economic and social development.
