补中益气汤合桃红四物汤对人工膝关节置换术后免疫及凝血功能的影响

Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction on Immunity Function and Coagulation Function after Artificial Knee Replacement

目的:观察补中益气汤合桃红四物汤对人工膝关节置换术后免疫及凝血功能的影响。方法:利用等距随机抽样法将2017年1月-2018年12月于暨南大学附属广州红十字会医院行人工膝关节置换术治疗的140例膝关节骨性关节炎患者分为对照组(西药治疗)、补中益气汤组(补中益气汤治疗)、桃红四物汤组(桃红四物汤治疗)、联合组(补中益气汤合桃红四物汤治疗),每组35例。比较四组治疗前后免疫功能、凝血功能及下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,四组免疫功能、凝血功能比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,四组免疫功能、凝血功能较治疗前均明显改善,且联合组改善效果均优于其他组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),补中益气汤组各指标与桃红四物汤组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。四组下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率分别为0、5.71%、5.71%、14.29%,联合组<补中益气汤组及桃红四物汤组<对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),补中益气汤组及桃红四物汤组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。四组不良反应发生率分别为5.71%、8.57%、8.57%、11.43%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:人工膝关节置换术后服用补中益气汤合桃红四物汤有助于提高机体免疫功能、改善凝血功能、降低下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率,安全性高,值得在今后临床工作中推广使用。

Objective:To observe the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction on immunity function and coagulation function after artificial knee replacement.Method:A total of 140 knees treated with artificial knee replacement in Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital Affiliated to Jinan University from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into the control group (western medicine),Buzhong Yiqi Decoction group (Buzhong Yiqi Decoction),Taohong Siwu Decoction group (Taohong Siwu Decoction) and the combined treatment group (Buzhong Yiqi Decoction) combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction using the isometric random sampling method,35 cases in each group.The immunity function and coagulation function before and after treatment,the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs and incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared among four groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in immunity function and coagulation function among four groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the immunity function and coagulation function among four groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement effect of the combined group was better than those of the other groups,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),there were no significant differences in all indexes between Buzhong Yiqi Decoction group and Taohong Siwu Decoction group (P>0.05).The incidences of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremities of four groups were 0,5.71%,5.71%,14.29%,the combination group < Buzhong Yiqi Decoction group and Taohong Siwu Decoction group < the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05),there was no significant difference between Buzhong Yiqi Decoction group and Taohong Siwu Decoction group (P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of four groups were 5.71%,8.57%,8.57%,and 11.43%,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Taking Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction after artificial knee arthroplasty is helpful to improve the immunity function and coagulation function,reduce deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremities and have high safety,it is worthy of future clinical work.Promote use.
