重视药学研究生培养中的统计学思维体系构建

摘要 完善的统计学思维体系是药学研究生必不可少的专业素养。针对部分药学研究生存在的夸大P值意义、误用多重比较方法和忽视均值比较的应用前提等统计学思维误区或缺陷,本文提出以案例导向教学模式(Case-based learning,CBL)为主导,问题导向教学模式(Problem-based learning,PBL)/研究型教学模式(Research-based learning,RBL)/团队教学模式(Team-based learning,TBL)为辅助的统计学思维体系构建方法,供药学研究生培养系统参考。 A complete statistical thinking system is an indispensable professional quality for postgraduate students major in pharmaceutical sciences.There is misunderstanding and deficiency in the statistical thinking system of some postgraduate students major in pharmaceutical sciences,i.e.,overestimating the meaning of P values,misusing multiple comparison and ignoring the preconditions of mean comparison.In view of this,a case-based learning(CBL)guided,problem-based learning(PBL)/research-based learning(RBL)/team-based learning(TBL)supplemented strategy was put forward in the paper,for the construction of statistical thinking system.It is anticipated that this paper can act as a reference for the postgraduate education system.
