基于指纹图谱技术的燕麦草质量评价与相关性验证 被引量:1

Quality Evaluation and Correlation Verification of Oat Grass Based on Fingerprint Technology

摘要 本试验旨在从黄酮类营养活性物质角度对不同来源燕麦草进行质量评价与相关性验证。以18种不同来源燕麦草(S1~S18)作为研究对象,采用NaNO_(2)-Al(NO_(3))_(3)-NaOH显色法测定总黄酮含量并结合高效液相色谱建立燕麦草黄酮特征图谱,利用聚类分析、主成分分析和灰色关联分析进行质量评价与相关性验证。结果显示:不同来源燕麦草中的总黄酮含量存在极显著差异(P<0.01),其中S7总黄酮含量最高(10.151 mg/g),S15总黄酮含量最低(5.503 mg/g);根据燕麦草的特征指纹图谱,结合现代分析技术,将18种不同来源燕麦草分为3类,其中第1类为S15、S17、S5、S3、S16,第2类为S1、S11、S8、S18、S6、S10、S2、S4、S9、S14,第3类为S12、S13、S7;灰色关联度分析结果表明,7个指标对饲喂价值的影响重要程度依次为黄酮含量>干物质含量>粗蛋白质含量>酸性洗涤纤维含量>粗灰分含量>中性洗涤纤维含量>粗脂肪含量,为燕麦草深度开发和奶牛饲粮配方优化提供新思路。 The aim of this study was to analyze and evaluate the quality of oat grass from different sources from the perspective of flavonoid.In this study,18 kinds of oat grass from different sources(S1 to S18)were used to determine the content of total flavonoid by NaNO;-Al(NO;);-NaOH colorimetry and establish the characteristic spectrum of flavonoids nutritional active substances by high performance liquid chromatography.Cluster analysis,principal component analysis and grey correlation analysis were used to evaluate the quality and verify the correlation.The results showed that there were significant differences in flavonoid content among different sources of oat grass,the total flavon content of S7 was the highest(10.151 mg/g),and the total flavon content of S15 was the lowest(5.503 mg/g).According to the characteristic fingerprint of oat grass,18 kinds of oat species were divided into 3 groups,the first group was S15,S17,S5,S3,S16,the second group was S1,S11,S8,S18,S6,S10,S2,S4,S9,S14 and the third group was S12,S13,S7.The results of grey correlation analysis showed that the important degree of 7 indexes on feeding value is flavonone content>dry matter content>crude protein content>acid detergent fiber content>ash content>neutral detergent fiber content>crude fat content,providing the technical foundation for the deep development of oat grass and the optimization of dairy diet formula.
