摘要
文章通过试验研究出一种电磁屏蔽用聚酰亚胺纤维纸,即基于高性能聚酰亚胺(PI)纤维纸,通过气相聚合和无靶化学镀的方法在PI纤维上成功生长一层高导电聚吡咯(PPy)/合金涂层,制得一种电磁屏蔽用高性能PI纤维纸。同时,开展性能试验,试验表明该电磁屏蔽用高性能PI纤维纸的有效屏蔽性能可达到80dB以上。此外,机械性能和热稳定性测试表明,电磁屏蔽用高性能PI纤维纸具有优异的机械性能和热稳定性,因此可以在恶劣的工作环境中使用。这种电磁屏蔽用高性能PI纤维纸在柔性智能设备、通信设备、航空航天等领域具有巨大应用潜力。
In this paper, a kind of polyimide fiber paper for electromagnetic shielding is developed through experiments. That is, based on high-performance polyimide(PI) fiber paper, a layer of high conductive polypyrrole(PPy)/alloy coating is successfully grown on PI fibers by gas phase polymerization and target-free electroless plating, and the high-performance PI fiber paper for electromagnetic shielding is prepared. At the same time, it also conducts performance tests, which show that the effective shielding performance of the high-performance PI fiber paper for electromagnetic shielding can reach more than 80 dB. In addition, the mechanical properties and thermal stability tests show that the high-performance PI fiber paper for electromagnetic shielding has excellent mechanical properties and thermal stability, so it can be used in harsh working environments. The high-performance PI fiber paper for electromagnetic shielding has great application potential in flexible intelligent equipment, communication equipment, aerospace and other fields.
