摘要
现阶段我国消防体制的改革,对高校应急技术与管理专业方面的教育改革创新提出强烈需求。然而当前高校应急技术与管理专业人才培养存在培养目标定位不清晰、课程体系设置过于单一、教学方式缺乏创新性、忽视学生应用知识能力等重要问题。为了解决这一问题,在原有理论课程的基础上,增加课程思政、专业知识结构和创新能力三个维度的综合内容,旨在总体上提高学生的应用与实践能力,加速实现从培养知识型技术型人才向理论结合实践型人才的转变。
At this stage,the reform of China’s fire protection system puts forward a strong demand for the educational reform and innovation of emergency technology and management specialty in colleges and universities.However,there are some important problems in the training of emergency technology and management professionals in colleges and universities,such as unclear training objectives,too single curriculum system,lack of innovation in teaching methods,neglect of students’ability to apply knowledge and so on.In order to solve the problems,on the basis of the original theoretical curriculum,the comprehensive contents of the three dimensions of curriculum ideology and politics,professional knowledge structure and innovation ability are added in order to improve students’application and practice ability as a whole and accelerate the transformation from training knowledge-based and technical talents to theoretical and practical talents.
