血清簇集蛋白、和肽素与抵抗素联合检测对2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死临床治疗的指导意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 评价血清簇集蛋白、和肽素与抵抗素联合检测对2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死临床治疗的指导意义。方法 选取2019年11月至2020年11月我院收治的47例2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者作为A组,另选取同时期收治的47例2型糖尿病患者以及47例急性脑梗死患者分别作为B组和C组。比较三组患者的血清簇集蛋白、和肽素和抵抗素水平;比较A组中不同糖尿病病情和脑梗死病情患者的血清簇集蛋白、和肽素和抵抗素水平。结果 A组的血清簇集蛋白、和肽素和抵抗素水平均明显高于B组和C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C组的血清簇集蛋白、和肽素和抵抗素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高糖组的血清簇集蛋白、和肽素和抵抗素水平均明显高于中糖组和低糖组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中糖组的血清簇集蛋白、和肽素和抵抗素水平明显高于低糖组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度组的血清簇集蛋白、和肽素和抵抗素水平均明显高于中度组和轻度组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中度组的血清簇集蛋白、和肽素和抵抗素水平明显高于轻度组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血清簇集蛋白、和肽素和抵抗素联合检测在2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者风险评估、预防和治疗中有着重要的作用,能帮助医生有效评估患者的病情进展,为疾病预防和治疗提供重要的数据参考。 Objective To evaluate the guiding significance of combined detection of serum cluster protein, peptide and resistin in the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated with acute cerebral infarction. Methods From November2019 to November 2020, 47 patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital were selected as group A, other 47 patients with type 2 diabetes and 47 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in the same period were selected as group B and group C respectively. The levels of serum cluster protein,peptide and resistin among the three groups were compared;the levels of serum clustered protein, peptide and resistin in patients with different diabetes conditions and cerebral infarction conditions in the group A were compared. Results The levels of serum cluster protein, peptide and resistin in the group A were significantly higher than those in the group B and the group C, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the levels of serum cluster protein, peptide and resistin between the group B and the group C(P>0.05). The levels of serum cluster protein, peptide and resistin in the high glucose group were significantly higher than those in the medium glucose group and the low glucose group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05);the levels of serum cluster protein, peptide and resistin in the medium glucose group were significantly higher than those in the low glucose group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of serum cluster protein, peptide and resistin in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the moderate group and the mild group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05);the levels of serum cluster protein, peptide and resistin in the moderate group were significantly higher than those in the mild group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of serum clustered protein, peptide and resistin plays an important role in the risk assessment,prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated with acute cerebral infarction patients. It can help doctors evaluate the progress of patients effectively and provide important data reference for disease prevention and treatment.
