摘要
目的:探讨5E教学模式远程护理随访服务在子宫颈癌患者中的应用效果。方法:将65例子宫颈癌患者随机分为对照组32例和观察组33例,对照组给予专科常规护理,观察组开展5E教学模式远程护理随访服务,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组出院后3个月健康知识掌握评分高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组出院后3个月自我效能评分高于出院时及对照组同期(P<0.05,P<0.01);观察组出院后3个月生存质量评分优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对子宫颈癌患者术后采取5E教学模式远程护理随访服务,可提升患者健康知识掌握情况,提高自我效能和生存质量,改善预后。
Objective:To explore the application effect of 5E teaching mode based remote nursing follow-up service in patients with cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 65 cases of cervical cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group with 32 cases and the observation group with 33 cases,the control group was given special routine nursing care,and the observation group was given 5E teaching mode based remote nursing follow-up service,comparison was made between the two groups on nursing effect.Results:The health knowledge mastery scores 3 months after discharge were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The self-efficacy scores 3 months after discharge were higher in the observation group than those at discharge and in the same period in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).and the survival quality scores 3 months after discharge were better in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of 5E teaching mode based remote nursing follow-up service in postoperative patients with cervical cancer can improve their mastery of health knowledge,improve their self-efficacy and quality of life,and improve the prognosis.
