巴基斯坦某风电项目EPC实施管理分析

Analysis on EPC Implementation Management of a Wind Power Project in Pakistan

近年来,在国家“一带一路”倡议的影响下,国际EPC总承包项目越来越多,再加上境外项目本身的复杂性,使得国际项目的潜在风险较大、成本控制较难。以某项目为例,介绍了项目实施过程中的组织协调与管理经验,总结了在巴基斯坦开展风电EPC项目的管理环境、管理特色、管理风险及管理的难点与应对措施,可为以后在巴基斯坦开展类似项目提供参考。

In recent years,under the influence of the national"One Belt,One Road"initiative,there are more and more international EPC general contracting projects.Coupled with the complexity of offshore projects,the potential risk of overseas projects is greater and the cost control is difficult.This paper summarizes the environment,characteristics,risks,difficulties and countermeasures in management of wind power EPC project in Pakistan.The experience in organization,coordination and management during the implementation of this project is very valuable first-hand information,which provides reference for similar projects in Pakistan in the future.
