玉米秸秆在鹅生产中的研究进展

Research progress of corn straw in goose production

玉米秸秆是常见的农作物副产品,也是重要的可再生生物资源。在鹅的日粮中添加适量玉米秸秆,不仅可以大幅降低饲料成本,促进鹅的消化吸收、强健体质、提高成活率,同时还能对闲置的玉米秸秆充分利用,减少焚烧、丢弃的现象,避免资源浪费及环境污染。本文从玉米秸秆的营养价值及对鹅生长发育、消化吸收、屠宰性能的影响等多个方面进行综述,旨在为鹅产业化发展及玉米秸秆的进一步科学利用提供理论依据。

Corn straw is not only a common crop by-product,but also an important renewable biological resource.Adding an appropr iate amount of corn straw to the diet of gees e can not only greatly reduce the feed cost,promote the digestion and absorption of geese,strengthen the physique and improve the survival rate,but also make full use of idle corn straw,reduce the phenomenon of incineration and discarding,and avoid resource waste and environmental pollution.This paper summarized the nutritional value of corn straw and its impact on goose growth,digestion and absorption and slaughter performance,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of goose industrialization and the further scientific utilization of corn straw.
