摘要
采用二聚酸钠对铜酞菁颜料进行表面处理研究,对加入不同浓度二聚酸钠的铜酞菁颜料分散体系进行分散性能表征,实验结果表明当二聚酸钠的加入量为0.2 mol/L时,分散体系的粒径达到167.5 nm,总体分散比较均匀,粒子呈棒状分布,团聚最少,Zeta电位达到-29.1 mV,比吸光度为72.89%,与水的接触角最小为20.65°,铜酞菁颜料分散体系的分散稳定性和润湿性显著提高。二聚酸钠对铜酞菁颜料具有良好的分散性能。
In this paper,sodium salt of dimeric acid(SDA)was used to study the surface treatment of copper phthalocyanine pigment.The dispersion properties of copper phthalocyanine pigments with different concentrations of SDA were characterized.Experimental results show that the particle size of the dispersion reaches 167.5 nm at 0.2 mol/L of SDA,the overall dispersion is relatively uniform,the particles are rod-like distribution,the agglomeration is the least,and the Zeta potential reaches-29.1 mV,the specific absorbance is 72.89%.The minimum contact angle with water is 20.65°,and the dispersion stability and wettability of copper phthalocyanine pigment dispersion system is significantly improved.SDA gives good dispersibility for copper phthalocyanine pigment.
