摘要
在疫情防控需要与管理资源受限的背景下,街坊式住区采取了广泛的门禁化策略,缩减出入口数量并设置门禁管理系统,对社区配套商业的购物活力产生影响。本文采用居民主观评分与空间句法测算相结合的研究方法,以三个典型的街坊式住区作为研究实例,在对整体轴线系统进行UCL Depthmap软件的测算对比之后,通过门禁化前后同一社区的纵向对比与三个案例社区的横向对比,发现门禁出入口的设置需要顺应面向社区商业点的空间自组织规律,并在量化评估不同空间开闭模式对商业便捷性产生的具体影响后,提出优化社区商业活力的适用性门禁原则。
In the demand of the epidemic prevention and control needs and limited management resources, the neighborhood residential area has adopted a wide range of access control strategies, reduced the number of entrances and exits and set up access control management systems, which has an impact on the shopping vitality of supporting businesses in the community. This paper adopts the method of residents’ subjective rating combined with spatial syntactic measurement, and takes three typical neighborhood residential areas as research examples. After the calculation and comparison of the overall axis system by UCL Depth Map software, the vertical comparison of the same community before and after access control and the horizontal comparison of the three case communities found that the setting of access control entrances and exits should conform to the spatial self-organization law facing the community business points. Based on the quantitative evaluation of the specific impact of different space opening and closing modes on the commercial convenience, the applicability of access control principle to optimize the commercial vitality of the community is proposed.
