Promoting the reform of"1+X"talents training mode in higher vocational colleges can solve many problems existing in higher vocational education.How to implement the talents training mode of"1+X"system is a subject actively explored and practiced by majority of vocational educators.This paper expounds the connotation of the"1+X"certificate system,and makes exploration,research and practice on the principles and specific measures to be followed in the reform of the"1+X"talents training mode.The purpose is to provide a useful reference for higher vocational colleges to promote the reform of the"1+X"talents training mode.
