摘要
在油井的井下作业的过程中,为保证施工过程环保且施工质量合格,要做到污油污水不落地、杆管清洁。目前油井井下作业面临的环境污染主要是油管溢流以及刺洗杆管产生的污油污水,杆管清洁面临的问题主要是人工刺洗劳动强度大,油管内壁有蜡质残留。针对萨北油田环保要求,以及井下作业工艺需求,试验应用了车载式环保杆管在线清洗装置,对比传统作业清洗方式,解决了常规作业方式溢流及杆管刺洗污水回收困难及杆管清洗效果不好、劳动强度大的的问题,达到了降低劳动强度和安全环保的目的。
In the process of downhole operations of oil wells,in order to ensure the environmental protection of the construction process and qualified construction quality,it is necessary to ensure that the oily sewage does not fall to the ground and the sucker rods and pipes are clean.At present,the environmental pollution faced by downhole operations of oil wells is mainly the overflow of oil pipes and the slop water produced by washing of the sucker rod and oil pipe.The problems faced by the cleaning of the sucker rod and oil pipe are mainly the labor intensity of manual cleaning and the wax residue on the inner wall of oil pipes.According to the environmental protection requirements of Sabei Oilfield and the requirements of downhole operation technology,the vehicle-mounted environmental protection sucker rod and oil pipe online cleaning device was tested and applied.Compared with the traditional cleaning method,it solved the overflow of the conventional operation method and the difficulty in the recovery of the sucker rod and oil pipe washing sewage and the sucker rod and oil pipe cleaning.The problem of poor cleaning results and high labor intensity achieves the purpose of reducing labor intensity and safety and environmental protection.
