摘要 目的研究无尾果Coluria longifolia Maxim.活性部位的化学成分。方法无尾果80%乙醇提取物的活性部位采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、半制备HPLC等进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为2-(1-oxo-2-hydroxyethyl)furan(1)、5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde(2)、4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde(3)、4-hydroxy-3-methoxy acetophenone(4)、4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy acetophenone(5)、松柏醛(6)、bis(2-ethyloctyl)phthalate(7)、L-(-)-di-/i-butyl malate(8)、(S)-4-isopropyl-3-oxo-3,4-dihydro-1 H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]oxazine-6-carbaldehyde(9)、(-)-olivil monoacetate(10)、(-)-olivil diacetate(11)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物11为首次以天然产物形式分离得到。 AIM To study the chemical constituents from the active part of Coluria longifolia Maxim.. METHODS The active part of the 80% ethanol extract of C. longifolia was isolated and purified by silica, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatoyraphy, and preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as 2-(1-oxo-2-hydroxyethyl) furan(1), 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde(2), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde(3), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy acetophenone(4), 4-hydroxy-3, 5-dimethoxy acetophenone(5), coniferyl aldehyde(6), bis(2-ethyloctyl)phthalate(7), L-(-)-di-/i-butyl malate(8),(S)-4-isopropyl-3-oxo-3,4-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]oxazine-6-carbaldehyde(9),(-)-olivil monoacetate(10),(-)-olivil diacetate(11). CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time, and compound 11 is isolated as a natural product for the first time.
