葶苈子化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Effects of Descurainiae Semen Lepidii Semen

葶苈子为十字花科植物播娘蒿Descurainia sophia(L.)Webb.ex Prantl.或独行菜Lepidium apetalum Willd.的干燥成熟种子,用药历史悠久,在我国南、北方及北温带其他地区均有分布。现代研究表明,葶苈子中含有强心苷类、硫苷类和异硫氰酸类、黄酮类、苯丙素类、有机酸类、脂肪油类等多种化学成分,具有改善心血管功能、抗肿瘤、止咳、祛痰、平喘、利尿、改善急性肺损伤和代谢紊乱、雌激素样作用等药理活性。从化学成分及药理作用方面对葶苈子近年来的研究进展进行综述,为其进一步研究及应用提供参考。

Descurainiae Semen Lepidii Semen,the dry mature seeds of Descurainia sophia(L.)Webb.ex Prantl.or Lepidium apetalum Willd.,has a long history of medical use and is distributed in southern and northern China and other areas of the north temperate zone.Modern research has demonstrated that Descurainiae Semen Lepidii Semen contains cardiac glycosides,glucosinolates,isothiocyanates,flavonoids,phenylpropanoids,organic acids,fatty oils and other chemical components.It has multiple pharmacological activities such as improving cardiovascular function,inhibiting tumor development,relieving cough,eliminating phlegm and relieving asthma,promoting urination,alleviating acute lung injury and metabolic disorders,and estrogen-like effects.This article mainly reviews the advances in chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Descurainiae Semen Lepidii Semen,aiming to provide a reference for further research and application of this medicinal material.
