摘要
以湖北省某市乡镇污水厂为例,具体介绍分析了膜工艺一体化设备在乡镇污水治理中的工艺流程及参数设计。通过对多座乡镇生活污水处理厂全年实际运行效果的分析,得出膜工艺为主体的一体化设备可稳定保证处理出水满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A排放标准;并介绍了项目运维管理的特点,为乡镇污水治理的设计及建设提供了可靠的实际案例。
Taking the township sewage treatment plant in Hubei province as an example,the process flow and parameter design of membrane integrated equipment in township sewage treatment were introduced and analyzed.Based on the analysis of the annual actual operation effect of sewage treatment plants in townships,the integrated equipment with membrane process as the main process can stably ensure that the treated water can meet the discharge standard.The characteristics of project operation and maintenance management were also introduced,which provided a reliable practical case for the design and construction of township sewage treatment.
