抗生素在新生儿肺炎治疗中的应用及时间效应分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探究在新生儿肺炎治疗中应用抗生素的效果及时间效应。方法 随机抽取2018年3月—2019年12月医院252例新生儿肺炎患儿为观察对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,结合不同抗生素使用方法将其分为甲组(87例,施行注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗)、乙组(82例,施行注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠)、丙组(45例,施行注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠+阿奇霉素治疗)、丁组(38例,施行注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠+阿奇霉素治疗)。对比四组患儿临床治愈率、时间效应情况及不良反应发生率。结果(1)四组患儿临床治愈率对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);(2)甲、乙、丙、丁四组平均治愈时间分别为(5.56±0.25)d、(5.35±0.31)d、(5.15±0.23)d、(5.09±0.24)d,对比可知结果差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);(3)丁组不良反应发生率(11.11%)较甲组(2.30%)、乙组(1.22%)更高,χ;=6.087、7.791,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),其余各组对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 在新生儿肺炎治疗中,联合抗生素用药的疗效并不优于单一用药,且单一抗生素用药时,注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠、注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠的疗效差异不大。 Objective To explore the effect and time effect of antibiotics in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia. Methods A total of 252 cases of neonatal pneumonia in our hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were randomly selected as observation objects, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Combined with different antibiotic use methods, they were divided into group A(87 cases, treated with piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection), group B(82 cases, treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection), group C(45 cases, treatment with piperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium + azithromycin for injection) and group D(38 cases, treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium + azithromycin for injection). The clinical cure rate, time effect and incidence of adverse reactions of the four groups were compared. Results(1) There was no significant difference in the clinical cure rate among the four groups(P > 0.05);(2) the average cure time of group A, B, C and D was(5.56±0.25) d,(5.35±0.31) d,(5.15±0.23) d,(5.09±0.24) d, respectively, and there was no significant difference(P > 0.05);(3) the incidence of adverse reactions in group D(11.11%) was higher than that in group A(2.30%) and group B(1.22%), χ;=6.087, 7.791, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), there was no significant difference in other groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of neonatal pneumonia, the effect of combined antibiotics is not better than that of single antibiotics, and there is no significant difference between piperacillin sodium for injection, tazobactam sodium, cefoperazone sodium for injection and sulbactam sodium for single antibiotics.
