随着铁路货运向现代化物流转型发展的不断深入,为适应铁路货物运输市场化改革的新形势、新要求,铁路保价运输作为铁路货物运输的重要组成部分,需要进一步调整优化专业化管理机制,持续推进市场化运营,为客户提供优质的保价运输服务,提升客户满意度,提高市场竞争能力,推动铁路货运高质量发展。通过分析兰州局集团公司铁路保价运输的现状,以及在营销宣传方式、理赔服务质量、保价费率浮动、货物损失承责范围等方面存在的问题,从兰州局集团公司货物运输特点和客户运输需求的角度出发,提出建立大数据处理分析体系、创新保价运输运营模式、打造保价专业服务团队等铁路保价运输市场化运营优化对策,促进铁路保价运输的可持续发展。

With the continuous deepening of the transformation and development of railway freight transportation toward modern logistics,railway value-insured transportation as an important part of railway freight transportation needs to further adjust and optimize its professional management mechanism and continue promoting market-oriented operation to adapt to the new situation and new requirements of the market-oriented reform of railway freight transportation.Depending on the strategies,railway value-insured transportation is expected to provide customers with high-quality relevant services,improve customer satisfaction,enhance market competitiveness,and promote the high-quality development of railway freight transportation.By analyzing the status quo of railway value-insured transportation in Lanzhou Group,this paper summarized the current problems in marketing and publicity,claims service quality,value-insured rate fluctuations,and the scope of liability for cargo loss.From the perspectives of the characteristics of freight transportation and customer demand in Lanzhou Group,this paper proposed to establish a big data processing and analysis system,innovate the operation mode of value-insured transportation,and build a professional service team for value-insured transportation to optimize the market-oriented operation and facilitate the sustainable development of railway value-insured transportation.
