立式纤维滤布滤池作为一种滤布介质过滤工艺,在城镇污水处理厂提标改造中被广泛应用。在对目前常见过滤工艺进行性能对比的基础上,结合上海某12000m3/d生活污水处理厂提标改造实例,分析立式纤维滤布滤池的结构、工作流程及主要技术参数、运行成本参数、运行效果等,为国内污水厂提标改造、滤池的选择提供一定参考。

As a filter cloth medium filtration process, vertical fiber filter cloth filter is widely used in the upgrading and reconstruction of urban sewage treatment plants. Based on the performance comparison of common filtration processes at present,combined with the example of upgrading and reconstruction of a 12000m3/d domestic sewage treatment plant in Shanghai, this paper analyzes the structure, work flow, main technical parameters, operation cost parameters and operation effect of the vertical fiber filter cloth filter, so as to provide some reference for the upgrading and reconstruction of domestic sewage plants and the selection of filter.
