摘要
随着国家强企战略的深入实施,生产经营活动愈发频繁,企业长期以来面对各种事故及灾害事件,往往是资源分散,各自为战,急需一个信息化平台实现集中指挥、统一调度、快速处置各类应急救援事件。运用新一代信息技术,建设一个现代化、综合性事件应急指挥中心,可以有效地提高紧急事件快速响应的综合协调指挥能力。
With the further implementation of the national strategy of strengthening enterprises,production and management activities become more and more frequent.Enterprises have been faced with various accidents and disasters for a long time,often with scattered resources and fighting on their own.There is an urgent need for an information platform to achieve centralized command,unified rapid handling of all kinds of emergency rescue incidents.Using the new generation of information technology to build a modern and comprehensive emergency command center can effectively improve the comprehensive coordination and command ability of rapid emergency response.
