“1+X”证书制度下高职工科类专业人才培养模式探索 被引量:1

摘要 国家出台实施“1+X”证书制度试点方案以来,企业和职业院校积极参与试点工作,制定职业技能等级证书相关管理办法,修改完善专业人才培养方案,推进课程体系和教学改革。但各个学校各个专业的发展定位、人才培养目标不尽相同,工科类专业受专业及岗位的限制,在“1+X”证书制度下,人才培养必须适应社会发展,准确定位培养目标,细化各项要求和管理,突出学生的技术技能和敬业精神的培养。本文对“1+X”证书制度下如何做好高职工科利类专业人才培养工作进行了一些探索,旨在为工科类职业院校人才培养改革提供参考。 Since issuance and implementation of pilot program of“1+X”certificate system,enterprises and vocational colleges have actively participated in pilot work as well as formulated relevant management measures on occupational skill grading certificate.In addition,professional talent training program have been modified and improved.Course system and educational transformation have been advanced as well.However,the development orientation and talent cultivation objectives of every major vary from different universities.Engineering major is subject to the limitation of major and post.Under“1+X”certificate system,it is necessary for talent cultivation to adapt to social development,accurately locate training objectives,and refine all requirements and management to highlight training of technical skills and professional dedication of students.The paper explores how to conduct engineering professionals training of vocational colleges under“1+X”certificate system,with the purpose to provide reference for the reform of engineering talent training of vocational colleges.
