摘要
目的探究输血检验中凝聚胺技术的应用价值。方法选取本院2020年1月至2021年1月接受输血检查的患者总计856例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,凝聚胺法428例,盐水法428例,对比两组红细胞凝聚情况、检测指标、检验时间。结果相比较盐水法,凝聚胺技术具有较高红细胞凝聚数量检出率;凝聚胺技术阳性抗体、准确率、灵敏度、稳定性为10.98%、90.19%、96.03%、17.52%,高于盐水法2.34%、80.84%、83.41%、4.67%;凝聚胺技术检验时间低于盐水法,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输血检验中凝聚胺技术应用中具备良好效果,进一步提高检验准确率,并缩短检验花费时间。
Objective:To study the applied value of polybrene technique in the blood transfusion examination.Methods:A total of 856 patients admitted for transfusion examination in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and were divided into two groups:428 cases were treated with condensed amine and 428 cases were treated with saline,according to the random number table method.The clinical results were explained.Results:Compared with the saline method,the amine condensation technique had a higher detection rate of the number of red blood cell condensation.The positive antibody,accuracy,sensitivity and stability of condensed amine were 10.98%,90.19%,96.03% and 17.52%,which were higher than that of saline method(2.34%,80.84%,83.41%and 4.67%)(P<0.05).The test time of condensed amine technique was lower than that of saline method,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of condensed amine technology in blood transfusion has a good effect,which can further improve the accuracy of the test and shorten the test time.
