摘要
为了对神经退行性疾病有更深入地了解,以达到诊治的目的,从线粒体基因组及线粒体基因转录,翻译的遗传与表观遗传调控;线粒体动力学,融合,分裂,线粒体自噬;线粒体在神经突触上的输运;线粒体功能障碍-激活天然免疫系统-引起慢性炎症-导致神经退行性疾病等4个方面进行阐述,以期对线粒体的生理功能,及与神经退行性病理有更深入地了解,为疾病的诊治奠定基础。
In order to understand mechanism of neurodegenerative diseases and to achieve the purpose of diagnosis and therapy,this paper discusses mitochondrial genome and mitochondrial gene transcription,translational and epigenetic regulations;mitochondrial dynamics,fusion,fission,and mitophagy;the transportation of mitochondria at synapses;mitochondrial dysfunction-activating the innate immunity system-causing chronic inflammation-leading to neurodegenerative diseases.These four aspects are elaborated in order to have a deeper understanding of the physiological functions of mitochondria and pathological of neurodegenerative diseases,and lay a background for the diagnosis and therapy of neurodegenerative diseases.
