摘要
目的有效提高教学质量,持续改进教学管理问题,逐步缩小与直属附属医院教学水平的差距。方法将本院2017年1月—2018年6月每季度10个教研室和269人次学生作为对照组,2018年7月—2019年12月每季度10个教研室和163人次学生作为试验组,对照组采取传统方法教学管理,试验组采取PDCA循环法进行教学管理,比较两组的教学质量和学生满意度。结果试验组的教学质量检查结果和学生评价结果比对照组均提高。结论PDCA循环法应用于非直属附属医院临床教学管理是科学有效的,使教学情况得到及时反馈,促进教学相长,有效提高教学质量,持续改进教学管理问题。
Objective To effectively improve teaching quality and continuously improve teaching management thus gradually narrowing the gap between the teaching level of affiliated hospitals.Methods 10 teaching and research sections per quarter and 269 students were served as the control group(from January 2017 to June 2018).10 teaching and research sections per quarter and 163 students were served as the experimental group(from July 2018 to December 2019).The control group used the traditional method for teaching management,while the experimental group used the PDCA circulation method for teaching management.The teaching quality and student satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The teaching quality examination and student satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion It is scientific and effective to use PDCA circulation method in the clinical teaching quality in the Non-affiliated Hospital.It can be timely feedback the teaching situation,promoting teaching and learning to enhance each other,effectively improving teaching quality,and continuously improving teaching management problems.
