摘要
荧光增白剂是一类重要的化工助剂,可以有效提升产品的基质白度,被广泛应用于纺织、印染、塑料、造纸、洗涤用品、涂料等行业。近年来,有商家在产品中添加部分难以通过常规生理代谢排出的可迁移性荧光增白剂,对使用者的健康安全造成潜在威胁。因此,建立荧光增白剂含量的分析测试方法十分必要。国内外法律法规和标准体系中对荧光增白剂含量的限制均有较为明确的规定,然而仅有少数匹配了分析测试方法。系统介绍各类产品中荧光增白剂的分析测试方法,以期全面加深对荧光增白剂分析测试方法的认识,并为荧光增白剂行业的持续健康有序发展提供参考依据。
As an important class of chemical auxiliaries, fluorescent whitening agents(FWAs) could improve whiteness of substance matrix effectively, which are extensively used in textile, dyeing, plastics, papermaking, detergents, painting and other industries. Recently, some of migratory FWAs that are difficult to excrete through routine metabolism are added into the products, which poses a potential threat to the health of consumers. Thus, it is essential to establish an analytical method for FWAs. Domestic and foreign laws, regulations and standard systems have relatively clear provisions on the content limits, but only a few match the analysis and test methods. The detection of FWAs in various products are introduced systematically so as to deepen the understanding of testing methods of FWAs comprehensively, and provide a reference for the sustained, healthy and orderly development of FWAs industry.
