摘要
食品安全风险分析是保障食品安全、践行食品质量管理的关键途径,且在提升食品安全管理能力、保障消费者权益等方面起到了明显效果,在我国已经得到了较大范围使用。但是我国对于食品安全风险分析在食品安全质量管理中的应用仍存在不足,需要通过多种途径提升应用水平。本文从食品安全风险分析的基本概念入手,分析其应用优势及应用内容,提出了提升食品安全风险分析应用水平的策略,以期为提升食品安全质量管理提供参考。
Food safety risk analysis is a key way to ensure food safety and practice food quality management, and has played a significant role in improving food safety management capabilities and protecting consumer rights and interests, and has been widely used in China. However, it is undeniable that there are still deficiencies in the application of food safety risk analysis in food safety and quality management in China, and the application level needs to be improved through various ways. Starting with the basic concepts of food safety risk analysis, the application advantages and application content were analyzed in this paper, and strategies to improve the application level of food safety risk analysis were put forward, in order to provide reference for improving food safety quality management.
