摘要
海上风电场的建设是一项相当复杂的系统化工程,其中风电机组安装风险大,是海上风电施工关键环节之一,影响海上风电机组安装因素多种多样,尤其是选用船舶设备、安装方法的合理性和科学性决定风电机组安装的成败。以大连市庄河海域海上风电工程为例,针对外海复杂海域环境条件下风机安装控制难点,简述海上风电风机安装施工工艺,重点对安装设备选型进行探讨,特别对安装船桩腿插拔进行验算,定位船拖航力及定位锚缆系统进行验算。在施工工艺中提出并总结了风机安装施工控制要点,有效提高了安装精度和效率,达到了良好的效果。
The construction of offshore wind farms is a quite complex and systematic project.Among them,the installation of wind turbines which is one of the key aspects of offshore windpower construction is highly risky.There are many factors affecting the installation of offshore wind turbines.In particular,the rationality and scientificity of the selection of marine equipment and installation methods determine the success or failure of the installation of wind turbines.Taking the offshore windpower project in Zhuanghe waters of Dalian as an example,this paper aimed at the difficulty of wind turbine installation and control under the complicated offshore environmental conditions,briefly described the installation and construction technology of offshore wind turbines,mainly discussed the selection of installation equipment,and particularly checked the insertion and removal of the installation ship’s pile legs as well as the towing force of the positioning ship and the positioning anchor cable system.In the construction process,the key points of wind turbine installation and construction control were put forward and summarized,which has effectively improved the installation accuracy and efficiency,and achieved sound results.
